Silverado Ranch

Silverado Ranch is a large, established master-planned neighborhood on the southeast edge of Las Vegas, near the border with Henderson, NV. It was developed starting in the mid-1990s and today contains 20+ subdivisions with a variety of housing types, including condos, townhomes, single-family homes, gated sections, and custom estates. 

The community spans ZIP codes 89123 and 89183 and sits south of the Las Vegas Strip, with easy access to I-15 and the 215 Beltway - making commuting throughout the valley convenient.
